She is the Founder and Managing Director of IBS Global Consulting, a global management consulting firm that specialize in helping small and medium-sized companies expand into international markets.

Her expertise ranges across global market research, international business development and expansion, global product launch, global marketing strategy, investment attraction, international trade and export promotion.

As Managing Director at IBS Global Consulting, Tonya leads and manages consulting projects across multiple industry sectors and regions. As a global champion for women’s economic empowerment, Tonya founded Michigan Association for Female Entrepreneurs (MAFE) in 2003, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting, promoting and empowering women entrepreneurs in Michigan. Through her work with MAFE, Tonya has helped thousands of women turn their entrepreneurial aspirations into realization. She also lead delegations of women entrepreneurs to countries across the globe to help women business owners broaden their exposure to international trade and export opportunities and gain access to international markets.
For over a decade, Tonya has built an excellent reputation as a global thought leader and influencer with a passion for helping entrepreneurs (especially women entrepreneurs), small business owners and investors connect to global markets.
